Tastes okay. Unfortunately had no more burgers 🍔

The service times at the drive-in are absolutely underground! Just look around the corner and see how things can go better (Burger King / MC D) 20 minutes to order a car 🤦🏼‍♂️

Ordering today was a disaster: At first it took almost 10 minutes before I was able to order, with only two cars in front of me, later only one. In addition, the colleague was relaxed, but forgot to switch off his micro, which caused additional confusion because I didn't know whether he was talking to me or the other customer at the window. In the end, too few fries were thrown into the deep fryer, which resulted in unnecessary waiting time and then all the chicken pieces and hotwings were missing in the family bucket, only fillets and crispies were included. Of course, I only found out about that at home. I'm afraid I'll have to go to Paderborn, Osnabrück or Bad Oeynhausen again.

Delicious food, nice service despite Corona

Food tastes good, but prices are a bit high! In addition, the food was almost cold when it was picked up. I hope to get better!

The cars are standing in line with the exception of the Eckendorfer line and it's going at a snail's pace! Sorry, but you just have to plan and organize better. This is a hazard to road traffic.

Definitely the worst KFC I've ever been to. Okay it's Saturday but it's 45 minutes !! Took me until I was out with my food (to take away). The times when I got everything I ordered, I can count on one hand. And things like corn on the cob or the coleslaw are regularly no longer available.

You wait 15 minutes for your meal at the DriveIn. According to the employee, it should only take a moment. Really disappointing. Then you wonder whether you should go to the store again ..

Absolutely unhygienic and the data acquisition with regard to covid-19 is more than inadequate. In addition, the food was cold. This is actually a case for the Bielefeld health department, both in terms of hygiene and in terms of data collection regarding Corona. All lists of guests who had been there before were lying around openly. The lady at the cash register said a colleague would pick up the list and, to be honest, I just took mine with me. The fact that my data is lying around openly for everyone is unacceptable to me and also not justifiable under data protection law. If 250 € are due, please send the invoice to KFC also for the purpose of data protection violations! In view of the toilet, P. S Corona could probably be the most harmless thing you can get there for some people.

Service was very nice but that was it. Meat was dead dry and not particularly tasty. Probably won't be a guest again.

- During our visit in mid-October 2020, this KFC did not track any visitor data of the Corona Protection Ordinance !!! - Neither with us, nor with other guests! - The question about ketchup for my order was answered with "No, there isn't." answered. ... ?????? ... well, the fries without them. ... oh, there weren't any shakes either. - We couldn't find a clean table then. Almost all tables were dirty and / or not cleared. (Even after half an hour - during our stay - these were not cleaned or cleared.) - Due to our request for a clean table, two tables and the corresponding chairs were then kindly wiped with a damp "cloth". The "chicken crumbs" and the plastic straw were swept off the table onto the floor. (The table now looked at least optically "clean" and was wonderfully "damp" - the floor was now less clean.) - Our food had meanwhile turned from lukewarm to cold. - There were table numbers on the table and pasted on. - Sticky, greasy or greasy "bacteria catcher" would be the appropriate name for it. - The condition of the "shared toilet" was absolutely unsustainable! Only the handicapped accessible toilet was open to male and female visitors. (Corona ?! - What should a single toilet protect everyone from ???) - Hygiene was practically non-existent on this KFC toilet. Apart from the usual scatter factor of standing pissers, the sight of the large "damp" puddles around the toilet bowl was particularly impressive. The simple toilet paper stand made of plastic components obviously fell over several times during use, since such a simple toilet roll / brush stand is simply not designed for the large paper rolls. The toilet paper was damp because when it fell over it would always end up in the puddle from the leaked toilet brush water. The flush button also looked more like a bad invention. The small blue push button was already wobbling with its holder on the suspension. As a precaution, it was also covered with a handwritten note, which should indicate the way to the flush for the water-saving toilet visitors. - Finally, the grubby condition of the hand basin made a chilling impression. And since, in short, in the age of corona viruses, nobody wants to touch a garbage can lid anymore, the drying paper was obviously simply thrown on top by some toilet visitors. :( In such a "communal toilet" you don't want to pick up the bottle with disinfectant that is provided at the sink. It's a shame for this KFC branch, but we will definitely not come back here. - Hygiene and cleanliness look different!

October 09-15, 2020 Absolutely not to be recommended! I used to love going there, the food was always great, the staff was very friendly, quick and always clean. Unfortunately, something has gone clearly wrong for the last few months. Long waiting times, food is left on the counter until it gets cold and terrible service. Apart from that, the tables are not really clean (you don't even need to talk about disinfecting). For weeks and at the time of Corona, the staff has been working without gloves, constantly touching the hair and not washing hands after you see that the staff has come from the break and was clearly smoking on the terrace. When asked if you could wipe the table briefly is not received because the responsible person does not really understand because German is probably a foreign word there and he prefers to be busy with his cell phone! Hygiene is not very important as the staff works with private clothes! Will avoid it in the future and prefer to eat somewhere else.

No corona hygiene measures are observed, the employees wear the wrong masks (without covering their noses). Tables are not disinfected after use, in order to eat there you are not asked to register, if you ask the staff about it, they are only told that they do not need something like that. Corona does not seem to exist at KFC ...

Big mess, terrible place

I ordered the chicken deluxe menu, deluxe it was not, the chicken was dry and over cooked and the bread was hard, the burger was very small and not what I expected from the pictures, when I took it back the Manageres was kinda friendly but not really (but this is typical in Germany), she said I could not have another choice of similar value or my money back! But she did make me a new burger that was slightly better as she made sure tge chicken was cooked correctly. On the whole I find KFC very poor value and badly cooked food and they have a long way to go to meet the same standards as the competition like McDonald's and Berger King.

Went for the drive in and collected the Family Bucket on a busy Friday - fast all good and very fresh and tasty- grandma Bonus lol

Standards of food at KFC in my opinion have gone down. For the price I paid for 4 scabby bits of chicken, and soggy chips, could have gone to local imbiß and got half a chicken and chips and still got some change. After going to KFC on and off for 35 years will not be going back again. Have give 3 stars because KFC always clean and tidy.☹😭
